The mini 10/100M fiber media converter supports conversion of 10/100 Base-TX 

optical signal. It supports IEEE802.3U Ethernet protocol, 100Base-Tx/Fx connector, full duplex and half duplex, and 10/100M

auto-negotiation as well. This product has a small size, suitable to be mounted in a small space.
